Immediate Returns at the Time of Delivery:
If you choose to return a product at the time of delivery, please note the following:
- You must pay the delivery charge immediately.
- If you have already paid the full COD amount, the refund process will be initiated, and you will receive your refund within 3 working days.
Return Conditions:
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Promotional Items: If the product was accompanied by any promotional items, those must also be returned.
- Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted for products that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly described
- Mismatched in size or color
- Stock Availability: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Refund and Replacement Policy:
- Non-refundable Charges: Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fee and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Banking).
30-Day Quality Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day unconditional return policy for issues related to:
- Fabric quality
- Printing
- Embroidery
- Stitching defects
This policy does not apply to external damages, such as those caused by bleach or fabric fading due to external factors.
