Only one discount method can be applied per order. Discount offers are subject to the following conditions:
- If your cart includes free delivery items, discounts apply only to non-free delivery items.

THREE ELIXIR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Additional verification may be required, such as phone or address confirmation, before an order is accepted. In the event of a pricing error, THREE ELIXIR reserves the right to cancel the order, even if the payment has been processed. Prices are subject to change without notice.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by THREE ELIXIR unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Users retain ownership of any content they upload, but by submitting content, users grant THREE ELIXIR a non-exclusive license to use and display that content.
12. Return and Replacement Policy
We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. You may return products under the following conditions:
- Returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Promotional items included with the product must also be returned.
- Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly described items, as well as for size or color mismatches.
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable. A 30-day unconditional return policy applies to issues with fabric quality, printing, embroidery, or stitching defects.
13. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund. Refunds for credit/debit card or mobile banking payments will be credited to the original payment method.
14. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at the time of the confirmation call. Once confirmed for delivery, the order cannot be canceled. Refunds for credit/debit card payments will be processed after cancellation.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be subject to the courts in Dhaka.
16. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties will first seek alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration, before proceeding to litigation. Arbitration will occur in Dhaka.
17. Fraud Protection
If you detect unauthorized charges, report them within 60 days. THREE ELIXIR may cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
18. Limitation of Liability
THREE ELIXIR is not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions on the Site. We will not be held liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
19. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Delivery times are estimates, and THREE ELIXIR is not liable for delays. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
20. Termination
THREE ELIXIR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
21. Changes to Terms and Conditions
